I was responsible for driving sales and negotiations through strategic cold calling, while also managing the overall sales department and leading a team of employees. My role included training both new and existing staff, implementing effective policies and procedures, and analysing recruitment sales to ensure growth and consistency. I conducted weekly pipeline meetings to assess performance and identify areas for improvement, with a strong focus on achieving individual and team KPIs and sales targets.
I provided hands-on cold calling training and maintained regular communication with clients to follow up on placements and discuss new specifications. I also oversaw advertising campaigns across various job portals and media platforms, especially when recruiting internally. Additionally, I was in charge of internal recruitment, monthly reports covering KPIs, budgets, marketing, and staff performance, as well as resolving operational challenges. I used a blend of sales, business development, marketing, and networking strategies to attract clients, build relationships, and understand their industries and staffing needs. This included negotiating offers, advising on market rates, and consistently exceeding targets related to placements, billings, and lead generation.
