My responsibilities included advertising vacancies on platforms such as Indeed, Reed, and the company website, as well as actively sourcing candidates through CV Library and Reed. I contacted potential candidates to provide detailed information about roles and company benefits, negotiated rates based on experience and qualifications, and conducted thorough screening interviews. Once suitable candidates were identified, I initiated the compliance process, collecting necessary documentation, processing DBS checks, and chasing references, ensuring they were fully compliant before scheduling interviews with schools. My goal was to place candidates promptly and efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on quality and fit. I also handled payroll-related enquiries and served as a key point of contact throughout the process.
